Years ago, a professor called me an "experience junkie." Looking back, I think he mistook creative exploration for restlessness. For me, every class taken, every odd job I add to my resume, every painting I create, every story I write, is another way of understanding the world. I was, and continue to be, guided by my creative intuition.
